About Us

AVH Foundation – we are in the process of fund raising across the country. We are an approved public charity / 501-C 3 not for profit formed by Cummings and Lockwood, Nth Palm Bch. Fl. We seek donations and partnerships with donors, developers, and capital sources private and public. Healthcare real estate is statistically the best choice among safe harbor investments.

Our determination is to develop and manage 100 facilities across the country. Our typical 120 bed facility cost approx. 15 million dollars have excellent cash flow and accumulate value. Our neighborhood PUDs – planned unit developments include ALF / ILF, clinic and doctor offices.

Our extended mission is to accomplish R & D in the areas of medical tech that can help all our residents – examples of this tech are Telemed advanced Geno based food tech.

Our Code is one of Integrity, Courage, and Creativity in the work we do & how we conduct ourselves. There are literally thousands of American Veterans and First Responders across America who need affordable alternate Care Solutions to those offered by the VA.

Our Country losses approximately 30 Veterans everyday through incompetence and lack of care This year is no exception with more deaths reported from nosocomial and other mismanaged conditions. AVH knows first-hand that we need to get our Veterans out of hospital and into non – infectious housing.

Florida has 1.7mm Veterans – and 4 million First Responders; this makes Florida the third most populous Veteran Retirement State in the country! 

Of the 1.7mm almost 1.2mm are over the age of 60. Every 66 seconds in the US someone contracts Alzheimer’s, this-means we have to be ready for our percentage of Vets and others that need help. Being ill, old and or infirmed changes the structure of families every day.

WE NEED TO BE FUNDED TO ASSIST – RELYING ON THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT A SOLUTION!!

We can provide – Memory Care, Interim Hospital Care, PTSD, Alcohol, Drug Recovery, as well as independent affordable apartments with advanced Telemed.

Ask any veteran if the VA functions in a responsible manner. Try navigating their absurd website – a circular maze of dead ends an unanswered phone calls.
